We hope you are very pleased with your new purchase and every new appliance purchased comes with a manufacturers warranty. In the event your appliance develops a fault within 28 days then please contact us and we will arrange an engineer to confirm the fault and issue an uplift number to exchange or refund. Please do note that manufacturers do charge for non fault callout charges.

For any faults after the first 28 days please contact the manufacturers who will rectify fault or authorize an exchange if the product cannot be repaired.
INSTALLATION AND DISPOSABLE SERVICE                                                                                                                    
If you have opted for connection and disposal service please note we are unable to refund this cost if on installation we find faults with your plumbing, electrics, cabinets which prevents us to install the appliance. However we can come back at a later date to install and dispose your old appliance for an additional £25 charge.

We can also arrange gas-safe installation for your gas hob-oven and also provide a fitting service for built in appliances.

On delivery day we would kindly request you to protect your floor coverings, furniture etc and inform the delivery team of any concerns as we will not be able to accept any liabilities for any unintentional damage caused when handling large heavy appliance if you have not made any effort to protect your property. We would also kindly ask you to inspect your new appliance for any cosmetic marks as we cannot accept any claims once you have signed our delivery note.
